Process
1. Email me: watercolorartcafe@gmail.com (or you can use the order form below)
We will be going through details about the painting. You can attach a photo(s) and the information on the size you’ve decided on. The standard sizes of my watercolor paper are 9 x 12 inches, 12 x 16 inches, or 18 x 24 inches, but let me know if you want a different one. We can communicate through email, phone, WhatsUp, or even face to face if you are within driving distance.

2. Allow 2-3 weeks for completion

If you have a specific deadline (birthday, etc.) let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
I can start your portrait as soon as I have received your 40% deposit. This becomes non-refundable once the process has started. I will contact you by email with more details about the procedure of creating your portrait. Once complete I will email you a photo of the painting for your approval, and the 60% balance is due before shipping. In the event of shipping damage, I will paint a new one for you free of charge once I receive the return shipment. I will be covering the return shipping fee.
